Adam’s background is as a finance lawyer for 15 years in London and internationally and as a member of senior management teams for 7 years. He has also supported his local community as parish safeguarding officer. Adam manages Dementia Jersey’s operations and leads the delivery of the charity’s strategic projects.
Every opportunity I get to join our team in the community and meet the people with dementia and their carers, families and friends who we are supporting is very special. The difference the work of Dementia Jersey makes is so evident in the smiles and relief on the faces of those who turn to us for activities, advice and support. Having seen the impact that dementia can have with my own grandmother’s vascular dementia, it is a privilege to be a part of the team helping others affected to lead fulfilling lives with dignity.
Adam has lived, studied and worked in many countries around the world but has found his happy place paddleboarding with his family off the beaches of Jersey. He also enjoys playing golf but the golf balls would prefer a few less hits.
