Join us on Sunday 3rd September at 10:30am for our annual Memory Walk to remember loved ones and to show support for those living with dementia.
Our Memory Walk is for those who have lost people who had dementia, those with family or friends currently living with the condition or people who simply want to take on a challenge and raise money for a good cause. Pets are very welcome too!
The walk will start at La Fregate and end at St.Brelade’s Parish Hall. This flat 5k walk is for all ages and abilities to unite together to raise awareness and funds to help support the 1,600 islanders with dementia, their carers, and their family. Although traditionally a walk, you are more than welcome to run, jog or cycle.
You can also get involved by doing your own Memory Walk. Choose your own route on a day that suits you best. Your walk, your way! Check out these walking routes for some inspiration https://www.jersey.com/holidays/active/walking/
